A large forest area to explore

Nearby, the massif des Trois Becs, the highest perched syncline in Europe, is home to the beautiful Saoû forest : a listed site rich in flora and fauna with chamois, deer, marmots, golden eagles and peregrine falcons, all of which make for wonderful hikes ! The route for touring the syncline by car allows you to take in magnificent scenery : stops at Poët-Célard, Bourdeaux and Col de la Chaudière being a must.
